2026 ACUPUNCTURE PRICING NOTICE
Effective January 1, 2026 pricing for acupuncture will be as follows:
60 minute follow-up: $120
45 minute follow-up: $96
30 minute follow-up: $72
If you have any questions or these new prices pose a barrier to you accessing care please speak with your practitioner.
Initial Consultation & Treatment (up to 90 minutes) - $145
Subsequent Treatment (up to 60 minutes) -$108
Extended Subsequent Treatment (up to 75 minutes) - $130
Pestle & Pins is able to direct bill most major health insurance plans or submit a claim on your behalf. If you are on MSP premium assistance we can direct bill MSP for $23 per treatment for up to 10 treatments per year.
Individuals involved in a motor vehicle accident are pre-approved for 12 acupuncture treatments in the 12 weeks following the accident. If additional treatments are needed ICBC may grant coverage for further treatments on a case-by-case basis. If you are seeking treatment for a motor vehicle accident just let us know and bring along your ICBC case number and we will handle billing ICBC.
Herbal Medicine
Consultation and Diagnosis (Approximately 45 minutes)- $80
Follow-up Consultation (Approximately 15-30 minutes) - $45
Prescriptions - approximately $3-$5 per day depending on current market price of each herb used in your personalized formula
